We are just 15 minutes from Valencia and the airport: the quiet of a residential area, with a major city close by. The beaches are about a 20-minute drive away, and the nearest town centre, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and everyday services, is 5 minutes away.

Alicante and its international airport are about an hour away. Spain is in the same time zone as Scandinavia and Central Europe, so your working day here starts and ends when it does at home.

Years of Hospitality

For more than 15 years we have been hosting guests who stay for weeks or months, in a calm, quiet setting where they can feel at home.

Many of our guests come here for work or personal reasons. The days can follow your usual rhythm, and the free time belongs to the beaches, Valencia and the towns of the region.
